Outstanding cosmetic rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Rotenberg and his entire team. As someone who works in healthcare, I wanted a highly skilled and experienced surgeon to do the procedure, but also someone with impeccable integrity and a strong commitment to patient care. During the consult, Dr. Rotenberg listened carefully to my concerns and desired outcome, and he was able to tell me what was possible and what was not, and how everything would fit together in the end. He also explained the recovery process in detail and I greatly appreciated his empathic and honest approach, which gave me reassurance that I could trust him to look after me.
The day of the surgery was beyond expectations. Every single member of the team (Dr. Rotenberg, Anesthetist, OR nurses) were incredibly caring and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on at all times. Just exemplary care all around. This confirmed I had made the right choice to go with Dr. Rotenberg for the rhinoplasty. After the surgery, I wasn’t in much pain at all, and Dr. Rotenberg saw me in recovery to let me know how well things went.
I followed up with him in clinic a week later and he took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the procedure and post op care as well. I could already see a significant improvement in the appearance of nose as it was straighter and smaller than before, despite the post op swelling. I was also glad there was nothing unnatural about the result and that he did not overdo anything. Another follow up was set up for a few months down the road.

Great experience with Dr. Rotenberg! Rhinoplasty recovery went very smoothly and after a week when the cast was removed there was only minor swelling. Also very easy to reach for any questions or concerns and even made sure to contact me back himself which helped the experience even more. I was referred personally from my family doctor but I would recommend to go for consult with him if you’ve been thinking about having this type of procedure done.
I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Rotenberg and I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. I went in with zero expectations on the end result since you can’t control your anatomy but he highlighted some changes he could make in regards to lifting the tip of my nose while also improving the slope of the bride of my nose. Once the surgery was completed I had a week with a cast and after I misread the prescription notes on after care and showed concern he actually called me back instead of having to communicate through a third person. After the cast was removed I had zero bruising surprisingly and minimal swelling that a stranger probably wouldn’t have noticed. Genuinely the recovery of my wisdom teeth surgery years ago was way worse than a rhinoplasty which is crazy. I went to Dr. Rotenberg on my family doctors referral but if someone was considering having a rhinoplasty for cosmetic purposes I’d easily recommend him.
Saw Dr. Rotenberg to have a Rhinoplasty surgery done after receiving a puck to the nose while playing hockey. Everything from the referral, to the surgery and after care was amazing. Dr. Rotenberg and his staff were super helpful and friendly. It started before the surgery, they were able to get the whole thing covered by insurance when there was some doubt if it would be covered or not. That alone saved me so much trouble as I didn’t have the money to afford paying out of pocket. The surgery itself self went really well and my nose was fixed perfectly, my breathing is better than before and my nose looks exactly how it did before hand. I would absolutely recommend going to Dr. Brian Rotenberg.

Dr. Rotenberg completed my rhinoplasty/ septoplasty and I can’t say how grateful I am. Him and his team were amazing to work with, they made the entire process very comfortable for me and always had an open line of communication. I cannot only breathe better, but I also feel more confident in my appearance with the cosmetic changes we made. I appreciate how he took the time to make sure I received the physical changes I had in mind, while still making sure everything looked natural. He is also a very genuine and caring person, on my surgery day, during my operation prep my father had a medical emergency in the clinic and Dr.Rotenberg took care of him. He immediately ran tests on him, and made sure he was stable. He rescheduled our procedure because he was concerned for my father’s health and wanted to make sure he was ok before we continued with the surgery. He reached out to my family and followed up with us a few days later to see how everything was going, and was also able to reschedule my surgery for a month later rather than having me wait another 6 months. I had broken my nose when I was younger in sports and my nose healed wrong and was causing me issues with breathing and snoring as I grew older and my facial structure matured, Dr Rotenberg did a rhinoplasty I had the best experience there and I can’t imagine having gone to a different doctor I was very nervous about the surgery but Dr.R was incredibly patient with me and explained in great detail how the surgery will go, I was concerned about pain and bruising and swelling around the eyes, I’m 5 days post op and I have yet to experience any swelling or bruising, the pain is as expected nothing more, I already snore less and breathe better and the cast and stents aren’t even removed yet I can only imagine how it will be after they are removed, and plus my nose is way straighter now.
