Dr. Brian Rotenberg is a board-certified Otolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon and one of Canada’s foremost experts in rhinoplasty and advanced nasal surgery. Known for his precision, artistry, and patient-centered approach, Dr. Rotenberg combines surgical excellence with a deep understanding of nasal form and function to help patients achieve both aesthetic balance and lasting breathing improvement.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Toronto, Dr. Rotenberg completed residency training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, earning certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He then advanced his expertise with a fellowship in Sinonasal Surgery at the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, where he refined his skills in complex nasal and sinus reconstruction.
Today Dr. Rotenberg’s aesthetic practice focuses exclusively on rhinoplasty – including both aesthetic and functional nasal surgery – and minimally invasive methods of treating nasal obstruction including nasal radiofrequency reshaping. His approach to rhinoplasty is guided by balance, proportion, and precision—restoring harmony to the nose while maintaining natural beauty and optimal breathing.
Beyond his surgical practice, Dr. Rotenberg has made a lasting impact on the medical community as a Full Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry where he regularly teaches surgical trainees and medical students. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American Rhinological Society.
